By using the experience gained through our rich tradition in knitwear manufacturing we have produced the excellent 2007/08 range from 100% Lambswool and Lamora yarns.

Returns

Change of Mind?

When you receive your order if you change your mind and would like to cancel/change the order you may return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us.

When we have received the returned goods a full refund of the purchase price will be processed to your credit/debit card within 30 days of the receipt of the goods by us unless you prefer an exchange. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.

Damaged or incorrect Goods
If you receive products that are damaged or incorrect we must be notified within 2 days of you receiving the order. If the goods appear to have been damaged in transit please mark the delivery note accordingly. Then return the goods to us.

Once we have examined the returned item, which if found damaged or incorrect we will refund the full value of the goods and the postage costs or replace the item free of any charges.
