Delivery
Our aim is to send orders within two days of receiving the order. At present we only deliver to the UK and EU.
For UK deliveries we use The Royal Mail Recorded Signed For First Class service. The cost for postage and packaging for UK deliveries is £3.95. This lets us confirm on the Internet that the order has been safely delivered using the Royal Mail Track and Trace system.
For EU deliveries we use The Royal Mail Airsure service where available, which ensures your order leaves the UK on the earliest possible flight, receives priority handling abroad, and is electronically tracked so we can check on its progress. If the Airsure service is not available for the destination country we use the Royal Mail International Signed For service which tracks the order until it leaves the UK on the first available flight and receives a registered (signed for) delivery. The cost for postage and packaging for EU deliveries is £8.95.
If an item is out of stock we will supply the order as soon as possible. The order will be sent within 28 days of the order being received.
